League Updates

Contrary to rumored post or messages Santa Rosa did not cancel closing ceremonies. We never set ceremonies because we did not have 100% authorization from City Of San Fernando to host this event for this season. We will be back to full strength next season. Trophies and Pictures will be ready for pick up at Las Palmas Park on Friday June 09, 2017 from 5pm-7pm

Board Positions

Attention all parents. Santa Rosa needs your help to keep the league running smoothly. There are a few positions open on our 2017 Board. Our league has always been run by our community families. There is no experience needed to be on the board, just the willingness to help keep the league running. If interested please call Marcos at 818-331-5209.

Bat Information

Parents, before buy your kids a new bat, please follow the new guidelines below. We will be strictly following these guideline placed by PONY this year.

In conjunction with USA Baseball and its other participating national member organizations, PONY Baseball has adopted the new USA Baseball Bat Standard(USABat).

Effective January 1, 2018, with the exception of the -3 bat (BBCOR Certified), all other 2 5/8 inch minus factor bats (-5, -7, -9, etc) must be YBBCOR certified with the USABat licensing stamp on the bat in order to used for league and tournament play. 2 5/8 inch minus factor bats -5, -7, -9, etc., used in 2017 will be illegal to use in 2018.

The new YBBCOR certified bats bearing the USABat licensing mark are expected to be offered in retail stores in September 1, 2017.
